          We would just like to thank you for everything.  Building our home with you has truly been a wonderful experience.   With Jammie's past experience in real estate and as a new construction specialist we were prepared for the typical new home experience, which can be very stressful.  You have surprised and impressed us every step of the way with your professionalism, attention to detail, and eagerness to accommodate our special requests.

          Our new home is beautiful and we absolutely love it.  Your personal interest in quality and detail has been apparent from the first moment we met with you.  In addition, you have pleasantly suprised us on several occasions.  What I mean by this is that you have called our attention to details that did not live up to your expectations and resolved to correct them immediately.  You did not wait to see if we might notice the error or flaw; you were already on top of it!  Admittedly, both Jammie and I are very particular about even the smallest details and I can honestly say that you have let nothing fall short of our expectations as well.

          One other thing that I would like to mentions is that your choice of building materials is greatly appreciated.  From the floor joists, hi-efficiency furnaces and water heater, upgraded windows, cabinetry, flooring, insulation, and more!  We have lived in other new homes where corners were cut in these areas and I can tell you, it may not be apparent in the first year or two, but it will become apparent.

Dear Chuck, 

Joy and I want to thank you for the outstanding efforts that you have made during the construction of our home.  We interviewed eight builders last fall but when we met you, saw the quality of the homes that you built, and heard good comments about you from others, we knew that you were the one to build our home.

After meeting with you last December, we left for Florida for three mounths.  People thought that we were crazy to leave our builder in charge of construction without our oversight.   But we never had a doubt, we sensed we had an honest builder who would pay attention to detail and would check with us as needed.  I am pleased to say that our judgement was correct.
